WHAT IT DOES
ELITE Tracker populates a digital dashboard with profiles of high-net-worth individuals, cross-referencing:
Stock trades in real time, including congressional disclosure filings, insider trading windows, and the curious phenomenon of purchasing defense contractor shares the day before a defense budget vote. Confidence score: 97.4%.
Flight tracking via ADS-B Exchange and FAA registration databases — because if a Gulfstream G650 departs Teterboro at 11pm and lands in a country with no extradition treaty, that’s probably not a sales conference. Confidence score: 88.2%.
Yacht and vessel tracking through MarineTraffic and AIS transponder data, cross-referenced against port records in the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Malta, and Monaco. When a 180-foot superyacht spends three weeks anchored off a jurisdiction with zero percent capital gains tax during the same quarter its owner reports a $400 million “operating loss,” the algorithm notices.

WHY THIS IS SATIRE
ELITE Tracker does not exist. We are not building it.
But everything described above is technically feasible using public data and off-the-shelf tools — which is precisely the point. The architecture of mass surveillance is not magic. It is not sophisticated. It is aggregation. It is taking things that are individually visible and making them collectively searchable.
The only reason this feels dystopian when applied to undocumented Medicaid recipients — and feels merely hypothetical when applied to insider traders and offshore account holders — is that we have collectively decided, through decades of policy choices, whose movements deserve to be tracked and whose deserve to remain private.
ELITE (the real one, the ICE one, the $30 million Palantir one) accesses healthcare data because someone decided emergency room visits were relevant to enforcement.
ELITE Tracker would access flight data because we have also decided that private jets are relevant to accountability.
One of these systems exists. The other is a satirical thought experiment.
The question is: why?

Somewhere, a man whose shell company owns a shell company that owns a trust that owns a ski chalet listed under a dead woman’s name is very concerned about government overreach.
